You as a customer can cancel your order anytime before we dispatch the item.
Dispatching is usually done within 2 days from the date of placing an order.
If you receive a physically damaged product(s), we request you to write to us at [email protected] or call us within 7 days of receipt of your order along with an image of the product(s) under dispute.
Once approved we’ll inform you and request you to return the product via courier. However please ensure that the product is unused and the tags, boxes, invoice and other packaging are intact. Refunding is only done for the unused items with respective tags and boxes.
We will refund your payment through the same method by which the payment was made. If you have paid via credit card/debit card/net banking, the amount will be refunded in the same account from which you had made the payment from.
The refund process will be initiated within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product(s).
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
